Ms. Hart grew up in Miami, Florida. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics. Continuing her education, she pursued her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University and successfully completed her law degree in 2003. While in law school she pursued her passion for helping underrepresented communities as an Equal Justice Works fellow with Farmworker Legal Services of Michigan followed by Legal Services of North Florida as a Certified Legal Intern. Ms. Hart began her legal career at an in-house law firm for an automobile insurance company and focused her next 19 years in representing insurance carriers and their insureds through all aspects of litigation. In 2023 she transitioned to representing the injured and helping her clients through the difficult process of litigation and advocating for their rights. In her spare time, Ms. Hart devotes her time to her husband and two children, along with their Old English Sheepdog.
