JONAH WOLFSON, ESQ

Jonah Wolfson, Esq. was born and raised here in Miami, Florida. He attended high school locally and graduated from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, majoring in English.

To earn money in college, Mr. Wolfson worked on a commercial fishing boat in Gloucester, Massachusetts. After graduating from Boston College, he spent time hiking on the Appalachian Trail for roughly five months. After this, he enrolled in law school at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

In law school, Mr. Wolfson was an intern at the Cook County Office of the Public Defender. In his third year of law school, he tried over ten felony trials to verdict at the Cook County Courthouse. He also met his wife and partner in life, Andrea, who is an Assistant State Attorney.

Returning to Florida, he passed the bar exam during his first sitting and has practiced personal injury law since. He has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in cases involving wrongful death, car accidents, motorcycles, slip and fall, negligent security, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and other complex tort scenarios. Mr. Wolfson spent a good deal of time representing Defendants in these cases. In doing so, he learned a great deal about how the defense, including insurance companies, in personal injury cases prepares and evaluates their cases. He now applies that to his practice which is dedicated to representing only Plaintiff’s in these cases. He has obtained excellent results for his clients through trials and settlements. JEROME H. WOLFSON

Jerome H. Wolfson was born in Long Branch, New Jersey. He went to Valley Forge Military Academy and graduated from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey. Mr. Wolfson came down to South Florida in 1960 and attended University of Miami Law School, graduating with a law degree in 1963. After law school, he served in the United States Coast Guard and received an Honorable Discharge in 1969.

Mr. Wolfson has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in various areas of the law, including, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Worker’s Compensation, and Labor Employment. He actively serves as an impartial labor arbitrator. Mr. Wolfson’s legal practice, however, now consists exclusively of representing individuals in personal injury cases. He also handles cases against insurance companies for wrongful denial of benefits.

He has tried numerous cases over the years, giving his clients admirable and respectable representation. His character is unmatched in this community.

He has represented people in cases with varying degrees of damages. The one defining aspect of his representation, though, is that he treats every case with the same dedicated and detailed approach.
