If you retain this firm, you will not need to pay us while we work on your case.  Our attorney’s fee is deducted from any eventual recovery.  If we are not able to recover on a client’s behalf, that client does not owe us an attorney’s fee.  This is called a “contingency fee” arrangement.  The particulars of the agreement are in a contract that would be provided to you for consideration and signature prior to retaining us.  Also, if you engage our services, you would sign a “statement of client’s rights” which describes your rights as a client.  If you are interested in retaining us to handle your case, please contact us so that we can provide for your review any items you would need to sign.

We forward costs on behalf of our clients.  These include costs of ordering records, filing fees, retaining experts, ordering depositions, etc.  We do not shy away from expending such costs when necessary.  At the same time, we are conscious of the fact that these expenditures are costs are eventually deducted from any recovery that a client might obtain. If we do not make recovery for you, you will not owe us expenses.
